About me
I believe good design should reduce complexity, improve clarity, and create experiences that feel effortless for users.
My journey into UX started through a combination of technology, problem-solving, and curiosity about how people interact with digital products. Over the years, I've worked across digital project leadership, UX design, and IT operations, which has given me a unique perspective on both the user side and the technical side of product development.
What drives me most is improving experiences that genuinely help people. I enjoy understanding user behaviour, identifying friction points, and designing solutions that simplify workflows and create clarity. Whether it's improving a customer-facing platform or streamlining internal systems, I focus on creating experiences that are functional, scalable, and easy to use. I have a Master's degree in User Interaction and Technology and experience working closely with developers, product owners, support teams, and stakeholders throughout the full product lifecycle — from early discovery and concept validation to design, testing, and delivery.
My background in IT operations has also shaped the way I approach UX. Working with system support, Active Directory, SSO administration, and operational processes taught me the importance of usability beyond just visual design. It strengthened my ability to understand technical constraints, collaborate with engineering teams, and identify issues early before they impact users.
