UX|UI Designer & Digital Project Lead
I design and deliver digital products — from the first research question to the final release. Trained in UX, experienced in project leadership, I work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical delivery.
About me
End-to-end thinking, from discovery to delivery.
I'm a UX Designer and Digital Project Lead with a Master's in User Interaction and Technology and hands-on experience taking products from early discovery through to live release.
In my most recent role, I worked as a Digital Project Manager — identifying business needs, shaping ideas into projects, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver. That meant running workshops, writing briefs, prototyping concepts, coordinating with developers, CRM teams, and app builders, testing with real users and product owners, and managing budgets and release timelines. I wasn't just designing the experience — I was responsible for shipping it.
As a UX designer, I bring that same end-to-end thinking to every project. I research, create user flows, design interactions, and test assumptions — always with one eye on what's feasible and what the business actually needs. I believe good design should reduce complexity, improve clarity, and create experiences that feel effortless for users.
What makes my approach distinctive is that I also understand the technical side of products. Working alongside IT operations teams gave me real fluency in how Active Directory, SSO, and APIs work — which means I can have honest conversations with engineers, understand system constraints early, and bridge the gap between design intent and what actually ships.
I care about work that's grounded in real problems, built with real constraints, and tested with real people.
I'm particularly interested in:
- Interaction design
- Prototyping and testing
- Stakeholder coordination
- User-centred problem solving
- Digital product experiences
- Service and workflow optimisation
- Turning complex systems into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
I enjoy working in collaborative and cross-functional environments where ideas can be explored openly and improved through teamwork. I'm naturally curious, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve experiences through thoughtful design.
Currently based in London, I’m open to opportunities in UX, interaction design, and digital product development.
